disconnecting
Can we get rid of the disconnecting penalty? I hate being tunneled in a game and forced to stay or else I'm temporarily banned. I shouldn't be forced to stay in a match if I'm not having fun or just being targeted. Especially being hit and tunneled constantly after being unhooked its not fun and ruins the game. There's no report for this and clearly it's a completely fine game mechanic but if you ask me this is going to make me and bunch of others stop playing the game. I get it its part of the game but im not trying to trade my happiness and fun for the game as an expense for someone who is a low level and gets gratification of singling someone out so they don't get their feelings hurt.

Tbh it makes no sense to have them since we have bots and people can always bypass them.
Just give people a bot to play atleast.

Why? Getting tunneled might feel bad, especially multiple times in a row. But mostly you can hold killer enough for others to escape. I'm mad when I truly hold killer for eons yet no one have done much still. Like getting into solo q games where there is one gen popped 6mins into game and then when you pop in as killer, you barely cross the map and 3 gens are done.
Though removing dc penalty would result in old problem. Survivors don't like the killer, they dc. Killer doesn't like the map, he dcs. It would just bring back the old frustration where you pretty much can't have a single normal game. You can fight against tunneling, you can somewhat fight against genrush. But I understand that going the Toba Landing 3x in 5 games or facing Ghoul 5x in a row isn't fun. But it's fault of design, not game health.

complaining about being tunneled which means your out of the game pretty fast….then saying you want to DC? Maybe use the time being tunneled to practice looping and practice losing line of sight? Wanting to DC when slugged for 4min i understand, it makes sense. But wanting to DC because you cant be bothered to even attempt to out loop the killer and they are not tunneling you out fast enough?
Tunneling is either common as which you are joining matches knowing full well its likely to happen….thats on you. Or tunneling doesnt happen that often so its not a big deal to get tunneled now and then, just get tunneled, better luck next match…no reason to DC.

yes it should have DC penalty, you enter these modes knowing full well what can and probably will happen. If you know you will likely go against a doctor in lights out and dont want to play it then dont join the mode. Its no different to people that complain about tunneling in regular mode, They know what to expect before the match starts so its a risk you take when you start the match. Removing the DC penalty would lead to everyone DCing when they dont like 1 little thing, map, killer, perk load out in chaos shuffle, downed 1st = DC and no one would get a match. Bare in mind, it would be very 1 sided to allow DC for survivors and not killers, it would need to be added to both sides. Good luck getting any match when both sides can DC on a whim.

With the addition of bots, i dont see the point of it being existing other than to make survivors throw the game or be afk (as if they arent alr forced to be afk most of the match anyway).
Yes, i know we didnt have a penalty before, but if we had bots before, you would have a teammate that actually wants to play.
You cant force people to stay regardless unless you improve the quality of survivor matches, which bhvr will never do or killer players would never allow.
We had to literally fight a war just to get surrender fully into the game because killer thought bleeding 4 survivors out was fine in any way.
