DC penalties are very imbalanced right now...

A few weeks ago you made DC penalties very strict. You have to wait 5mins throughout the matchmaking ban on your 1st DC now. Which wouldn't be the biggest deal were the game not been infested by hackers for the last few months, after your EAC reverted to an old version (or something along those lines). Hacks that had been patched out suddenly started working again, apparently.

I've seen many cases where streamers have to DC because of an obvious hacker, but they have to suffer a 5 min penalty, or more, if they keep encountering hackers.

At the very least, you should have kept the DC penalties like they were, UNTIL you fixed the EAC. Higher rate of hacking should always be accommodated by a looser DC penalty system. When you fix a lot of hacking problems, then feel free to tighten the penalties again. The current state is not fair though.
