I have a problem where for some reason dbd crashes when i hit a survivor or get hit by the killer.

I play on epic games and i know that it isnt my pc i run the game smoothly and my pc is overspeced for dbd.

I just want to talk to them because i am very annoyed with this happening and having to wait Q times because the game crashed out of nowhere.

    I once had a problem where the game wouldnt launch on steam, its like a file got corrupted everytime i went to play it, and then after verifying the integrity of the game cache (which replaces broken files) itd get past that point and have another problem. Which after restarting steam, itd finally let the game run. Every 3rd or 4th time i tried to play id have to go through the same process.

    Anyway, i went to this forums bug report section and reported the whole thing there with screenshots etc. And within a week or 2 it was fixed in an update.

    Im not sure if thats still their main way of fixing bugs as ive heard they have a new method for bug reports. But that might be your best bet as it is a bug on their end if its not happening to other games.
