Vecna (The First) bug made the game unplayable for killer and 1 survivor

Firstly yes i know they use this 3rd party website to report bugs but there are to many moving parts to report on there and quite frankly i can't be bothered so gonna pop it in here in case anyone actually cares. If anyone does want to fully report it i have provided all the details below.

I was playing a public match with the new killer "The First" and upon first grab of a survivor off a gen the bug occured. I attempted to hook and got stuck at the hook for a moment before being able to move again without hooking. Tried a couple more times but same result. All the time the gen that i pulled the survivor off was still gaining progress despite no one else being on it.
After a few moments the survivor in question started teleporting from my shoulder to gen and back again constantly. At first i thought it was a cheater however quickly realized it was a serious bug.
I have included the game footage however the sound didn't record unfortunately but you can see the visual of the bug happening. I spoke to the survivor who it happened to and they said that the game was bugged for them to and from their view they were just stuck on a gen. Others in the game also said the survivor was basically just standing on my shoulder so it showed for all players in the game.
