Clown's Power

I love Clown. Quite powerful, but still falls behind with map pressure. Instead of giving him mobility, we could give him something fairly simple to slow down generator progress.
Give him the ability to "Trap" generators. This interaction can be either its own or automatically apply to regressing generators when being kicked. After a trapped generator is repaired by a certain percentage, the trap goes off. The trap goes off only once unless trapped again. The generator releases a cloud of gas within a radius of it. Survivors affected by it will alert the Killer of their location and be unable to work on that generator for a short period of time.
Likewise, add-ons that affect gas cloud area, duration and status effects will also affect the "Trap" interaction. For instance, everyone's favourite, exhaustion add-ons! They could even add more, or rework existing ones to reduce the percentage required for tthe trap to go off. Example, by default requires a 15%. Add-ons can make it less, like 10% or 5% (this last one can be a rework for the ultra rare tattooed finger).
This feature will also create amazing synergy with his own perk, Pop Goes The Weasel.

This sounds interesting, it's kind of like a built in Overcharge. I think he should manually apply the trap though, to give his power more structure.

He can trap gens, and chests with pies on springs!

I really like this idea. Maybe it should be an add-on instead of built into his base kit.
But then it wouldn't really fix the clown problem unless you use the addon so I don't know.0
