The first's balancing ideas, feedback requested
I have a few balancing ideas from both a Survivor and killer pov of the first/vecna/Henry creel killer
1:
Visibility: 1 issue I've noticed is that the attack has a split second delay before it shows up on the Survivors pov, fixing this will make it easier to know where the attack is
2:
Input action delay:
putting a 1s input action delay after vine attack will allow Survivors a chance to get away instead of a m2 with an immediate m1 attack ko
Vine attack CD:
Increase the cooldown from 1.5s to 2s to be less spammable and frustrating to Survivors but instead as a semi spammable
Worldbreaker: after it ends, it has a 10-20s cooldown
Visceral chess piece: reduce the size reduction from 50% (or 75%, which ever one it is) to 25%, as it is too small to be useful, even with an additional charge while the increased cooldown of the undergate being halved, to make it more balanced, but this last one is a personal take than something ive noticed from using it, which I haven't because the addon is more of a hard nerf than a viable option to use

I agree with fixing the visibility issue if it really exists.
But I am curious what exactly you mean with a 1s input action delay after the vine attack. After he uses his vine attack, Vecna has a 3 second cooldown before he can M1 again and move at normal movement speed. So he can't really combo his M2 into a direct M1.
They did increase the cancel cooldown of the vine attack from 1.25 seconds to 1.5 seconds when Vecna released, but a 2 second cooldown could maybe still work as well.
But I definitely disagree with Worldbreaker needing a 10-20 second cooldown. Not only do I not see how that would work properly, but nerfing his uptime when he can actually damage survivors isn't a good idea in my opinion.

Basically, what input action delay is, it makes you unable to act, demogorgon has the same thing when fully charging the abyss, they are unable to use shred for a split second, which can ruin the opportunity to get a good shred hit in, and attempting to use shred before the action delay is up, will result in a m1 instead, completely losing the opportunity and distance from the Survivor
And yes, the m2 attack visibility does happen, all matches against the first, every m2 would result in a delayed m2 attack visibility and only a fraction of a millisecond before it unleash the tentacles to damage survivors, but doesn't seem to happen on the killers pov at all, appearing as it should when used

Vecna doesn't need any changes, he's fine as is. No buffs or nerfs are needed.

While I do agree, the visibility issue with the m2 on the Survivor pov does need a fix
