Either of the following things would be nice:
1. a 30 second immunity after the 2nd phase ends(survivors will still get stacks)
2. The second phase lasts as long as the 1st phase (the speed of the 1st phase is dictated by interactions with the clock)
3. Extend the duration phase 1, delete the 2nd phase in general
4. A way to remove stacks or be immune to gaining a stack to prevent the clock mechanic from activating
