I suspect this topic has been requested before. Probably a lot of times. Anyways, Ghostface has been one of my favorites for a while, but lately I’ve been feeling like he needs some love. His stealth mechanic is cool, but it’s honestly not as impactful as it should be. The whole stalking thing just feels kind of weak. It’s not hard for survivors to spot him before he can get the full stalk meter and even if I try and get the stalk meter to 99%, it doesn’t always feel worth it. Especially when I go in a chase and when another survivor rats behind me, he can basically permanently disable my power which ends up in him being a M1 killer most of the time.

His lack of mobility is another issue. Compared to killers like Spirit or Nurse, Ghostface feels pretty slow. Giving him a speed boost during nightshroud while not in chase could help him out a lot. What also helps is giving him basekit Drop-leg knife sheath. His power is fun, but it feels like it could be more useful. Right now, it doesn’t really give him much of an edge over other killers, and survivors often understands his counters if they know what they’re doing. He could definitely use something to make him feel more threatening, especially when survivors are on top of their game.
