Regarding the Fog Carnival: The "Be chased for 30 seconds in a single trial" should be 4x higher in required seconds vs "Chase for 120 seconds in a single trial" due to math. There are 4x more opportunities to get chased for a short period of time than there is for chasing longer than the killer should.
I pick a different target if I'm being lead around by the nose as a killer.
The math tracks, The chase for 120 seconds only reached 31%.
Global goals are kinda an unspoken us v them competition but, it could be more fair.

    Some cant last 30 seconds in a chase as survivor, while killer you only have to not catch the survivors too quickly to complete it. So in other words they tried to make it easier for everybody
