If I can heal someone 35% faster, then I want to be healed 35% faster too! What kind of 'connection' is that that only works one way? I don't know why, but I like this perk and i use it sometimes in my healing build even though it's really weak. I think it should even be 50% faster just like claudettes perk.

    that would be nice, even if they reduce the value slightly to compensate, it would be my go to healing perk if it worked like that.
