Fix Blight Swings on controller and Camera lock after a swing.

Im done with always having to be taking loses because blight's swings keep missing even when Im upclose hitbox to hitbox. It's happening more and more often that ever. That and the fact that he double bumps into structures out of nowhere. Terrible. I'd post clips of them of how ridiculous it gets. Survivors who are literally standing still won't get hit even at that. Fix your stuff holy.
