2v8 - Using ability for self-pickup

The only change this needs, is for a self-pickup to be granted Endurance. That way, no matter what killer you're facing, you need 2 killers there to guarantee the person stays slugged.
There is no real downside to it other than the final 3 survivors, which is kinda the point
