New Killer Idea

I have been thinking of a killer with a Passive ability rather than an Active one. One that increases the killers overal stats (like increase speed, vaulting speed, destructive actions, etc) but it would be very small like 1% or 2% for very hook or succesful hits. (If succesful hits then the percentage increases should be something like 0.5%)

    I can tell you already that most people wouldn't play this Killer for being "fun" or interesting.

    If his stats would be too high after too few hooks, then tryhards or "sweaty killer mains" would play that kind of killer. Minor changes in some percentages can make killers overpowered extremely quick. Movementspeed especially.
