Suggestion: AfK Mechanic for future 2v8
Could we have something like afk crows for afk killers for futere 2v8? And after some time, replace them with a bot?
Because, as everyone who experienced this would agree, waiting 30 minutes and than playing alone against 8 survivors kinda sucks a litte. Even though it can be fun.

I would rather make it so that if the killer does not ready up they get kicked out of the lobby and replaced with another. This way nobody has to play with AFK killer.

Why would anyone wait for 30 minutes in the queue just to stay AFK?

Probably not the intention. They queue up, go somewhere and don't come back in time.
well, problem is, this could trap you in the lobby, without being able to play survivor in the meantime. Yesterday I waited because so many people were lobby dodging, until while loading the match was aborted and i was at the beginning of the 30 minute wait again. If the killer get's kicked out in the lobby, some people will leave, leading to more people leaving and so on.

Its still better than getting into match where there is AFK player. At least in my suggestion or your example I can decide to leave a queue again and play survivor. I btw had a AFK teammate this 2v8 and have had them in earlier ones too so it happens because people still don't want to play survivor so they watch something and don't pay attention to the game.
