"Guys lets add a random delay in between weskers bounds for no reason and not nerf the nurse or blight for the 3rd year in a row." Why they allergic to good balancing changes? they did the same thing with oni and just made him feel hella clunky and linear because apparently consoles can't do what PC players can which is just untrue and even more untrue now that you've added KBM support for consoles. I think BHVR's only problem as a company is that they dont listen to community feedback unless it will kill the game and instead base their balancing changes on collected data about inconsistent matches. Wake up call nurse only has a low win-rate because shes hard for new killers.

    The thing is, the bounds needed a delay because they would break what survivors can do and would look really unnatural with ping in mind too. Like, you could register to grab a survivor who would be mid-vault because on your screen the survivor didnt vault yet, because on your end the instant bound happens, where the server and the other players see something very different.

    And while Nurse definitely needs a nerf surrounding information perks (as many people suggested, making her endure blindness while blinking/recharging from blinks would help a lot), Blight only really needs to be toned down to 110% (aswell as a few other mobility killers). Wesker is fine where he is. At best, he should get a bigger bound distance when he is not in any chase so he actually can close the gap a little.
