Both the first and second suggestion would literal bring back the biggest complaint the game has. It would ruin the player experience. No survivor likes being hooked and then being unhooked just to be hooked again without any gameplay. For that reason those perks will never make it into the game

I'm like 40/60 this is bait.
It's two tunnel perks and a slug perk. These are things that are super divisive. I think even people that don't mind a tunnel or slug would not be for bringing perks that outright encourage that. Playing 'dirty' that way is effective enough on its own.5 -

this is the most braindead idea ive ever heard, even as a killer main i wouldn't use it because of how boring this is

I feel it is unlikely any of these suggested perks would be considered for implementation.
Over the past three-ish years various changes to perks and game mechanics have been made specifically to change how survs on an hook and being unhooked interact with the killer nearby. These suggestions would undo all of that, and bring back methods the devs chose to minimize if not outright remove.
The part about slugs is too much imo, but maybe a time limit on it or something could possibly be made to work. Not convinced though.
