So since the new Perk Description Update, not one Hex Perk says "The Hex Effects persist until the Hex Totem is either blessed or cleansed by a Survivor, disabling it for the remainder of the Trial."

Now I think for most Hex totems this doesn't matter but for Hex: Two Can Play it can reactivate.
