Make a perk like and call it something like "not this time". Basically it activates when a survivor is within 15 or 20 M of the opened exit gates and also within killer terror radius. If they crouch 3 times within 3 seconds they are exposed, the exit gate is blocked, for 15 seconds. Not a serious perk, just funny.

    Pointless as it would never work after survivors would know about it.

    survivors would just find a new way to BM whilst the perk was popular and then go back to bagging when the pick rates fall off a cliff.

    Also make a survivor perk called "psyke!" That is whenever the exit is blocked or the hatch is closed you gain 1 charge of dodge (dead hard) for 15 seconds. If you take a protection hit during this time the hatch is opened, and the exit is unblocked for you.
