Are auric cells currently down?
I want to get the Iron Maiden t-shirt for Orela so I went into the DBD store to purchase auric cells and I got the following message…
I then went into the PlayStation store to purchase them from there instead and although I have been charged for the pack, I haven’t received them in game. I have crashed and reopened my game and they’re still not working. I just wanted to know if this was happening to everybody before I report it with the support team?
I am playing on PlayStation 5 if that matters.

i reported a bug on betahub about this issue. i’m pretty sure it’s a sync error after trying to rename your character cosmetic preset. it happened to me and then all menu UI things weren’t working (auric cell purchasing, quests, bloodweb, etc.) after the sync error.

It seems to be working again for me. I contacted support last night after around 3 hours of still not receiving my auric cells but then they randomly popped up on my screen so I let support know.
I’ve just loaded up the game to see if I’m able to purchase auric cells from the in-game store and they appear for me now and I no longer review the error message.I’m not sure if it’s resolved itself for the other people in this thread though.

This one that's purely AC's is different and not a sync issue unfortunately, its an issue that we believe we'd resolved on our side a few days ago…which is why I'm following up here on this one
