Thinking about buying this character. I'm a decent player who generally plays against decent players more often then not. How is Vecna 2 gonna perform at this level? Should I expect to get steamrolled most matches? Maybe he's too easy to counter idk? I rarely ever seen him anymore on either side.

they're decent but no i do not recommend them. unless you enjoy current trickster they share similar frustrations. it's pre running and catching up all game fighting against Finesse exhaustion perks and vigil all the time.

I honestly think Henry is more powerful than ghoul but I'd rather play ghoul

He is pure dedication first he suffers from holding W, he needs two hits to get clocks activated (they activate when you hit single survivor two times with vines attack or when you use your mobility and use that undergroud attack that activates it instantly) to do any damage and has no power near hooked survivors. He is more like pyramidhead in use of his power where you predict where survivor will be and shoot it there so you hit him, if you enjoy this playstyle he is 110% speed killer with quite good power but hard to use because doging him isnt hard unless survivor runs straigt and is very predictiable.

He suffers from something simular as uknow (or pyramidhead becuase he can damage through walls) but on him its more, he sounds godly on paper killer that can hit survivors across walls something nurse like but in reality its not that easy and simple and needs lot of work and dedication because if you dont hit you are useless 110% killer.

From start unless you face potatoes you will get steamrolled probably because he isnt easy he is like pyramidhead with pinhead his power placement is simular to pinheads chain but it has power can damage when clocks are activated.

His perks are solid/good one of better ones, he is unique kinda in what he does (just more balanced version o nurse). If you will be good at predicting how will survivors react and doge your power and hit more than miss than he is huge monster but from my experience more you will miss and loose distance and go to catch up and try again. Good killer but requires hard dedication something like uknown (well in dedication not being strong ofcourse) but more powerfull and rewarding if you hit your shots because firts you need to activate your power and than you can damage them and cause havoc but its time limited, I would say if you have experience with pyramidhead and pinhead than he might suit you but hard to tell as I said good killer but requires lot of work but more better done than uknown (harmless).
