Hey everyone,

I’ve been seeing a lot of discussion around post-apocalyptic Aurora, and it seems like many of us actually favor the nun look over the wasteland version. That said… something still feels a bit off.

I might be completely wrong here, and maybe most of you do love the nun as-is. Curious to see where everyone lands - see AI nun ignore the face

Where it feels off:

  • Footwear: Sandals feel too “pre-collapse.” Needs wraps, reinforced soles, or something more survival-focused.
  • Condition: A bit too clean—could use more fraying, ash, burn marks, and visible repairs.
  • Fabric: Should feel more worn, faded, and lived-in.
  • Head/face: Add dirt/ash, slightly darker eyes or subtle markings, plus more layered head covering.
  • Practical details: Fingerless gloves would fit well.

Also - this should be mix-and-match friendly, not just a fixed set.

    You should think the different skins of characters as alternative versions of those characters. Like the argument that something does not fit is not a really a thing as you can argue this version of the character is before the collapse or it never happened in the reality where she is from.

    This is for example clearly hinted in old characters as Mikaela does not remember Sable because the main Mikaela did not have a friend named Sable but in Sable's reality they are friends and seems like that realities Mikaela also was taken by the entity as Sable was trying to find her because she disappeared the same way as main Mikaela.

    I thought the same closed ankle or less open shoes would fit better. I favor your AI made concept.

    Also like the added bags. I don't know if the frans ingame would look like in the picture.
