Language settings help please

Someone changed my Xbox language to Japanese and my dead by daylight is permanently in Japanese even after I switch it back to English does anybody know how to fix this?

Should I just use this opportunity to learn japanese?

    Launch the game click the "gear" button in the lower left corner on the main menu. When the options menu opens you should be on language page right away. Then just chose language English on the top drop box. Then click the right side option on the popup window that shows up and it will close the game and then relaunch the game. Remember to change the spoken language option too its the second drop box but you can do that after you get the language correct.

    Still learning Japanese might not be a bad idea.
