Mouse sensitivity adjustment on PC

Hi!

I have been playing DBD on and off with my friends for some time but every time I get back I am annoyed that the mouse sensitivity has still not been fixed. The sensitivity setting is especially annoying on the killer. When I set the sensitivity to 0% it is still too hight. In the space I would like to view to turn 180 degrees it instead turns 1400 degrees. I know I could lower my mouse sensitivity from 3200 DPI to 800 but that would mean that when not in survivor/killer POV the mouse movement would be so slow. What would mean I would need to change the sensitivity of all my other applications.

So my question is is it possible to have more range in the slider? Preferably, I would like to have a input field for a mouse sensitivity number so I can actually adjust it like I want to. I know that this could be a hard to do so If anybody knows I could also do with manual game config file editing.
