Chapter Idea: Frosty Nights

Clancy John ran away, leaving deep tracks in the snow. He ran into the house, pulling a bookcase down to block the door.
Now that he was out of the snow, he was no longer shivering. He ran upstairs and grabbed his fiery torch. He raised it high as the beast flooded into his room.
The Beast dared not come closer to the flames, hence it burn. Clancy allowed himself a smile, before feeling a cold presence behind him.
Black tentacles reached forward and pulled him through the wall. He screamed, and the Beast followed.

Personal Perks (Clancy John, Survivor)
Let there be light - Light is the force that burns away the dark. When a generator is completed and the Killer is within 16/24/32, they will be blinded for 2/2.5/3 seconds. Flashlights blind the Killer 25/50/75% faster.

Let it burn - When the Killer is blinded, you gain a token. Max 5 tokens. You can gain a token. You can consume a token for a 20% burst of speed. Causes exhaustion for 25 seconds.

Light - The first box you open will have a 100% chance to contain a flashlight. Can only be used once.

    Blinding the killer when completing a generator is an innovative idea for a perk. I like it! The ranges might have to be adjusted, and of course, it should only work if the perk holder is the one to complete the generator. Faster flashlight blinding is probably too much; at rank three and a decent flashlight, flashlight saves would be almost impossible not to get.

    How long would the speed burst from Let It Burn last? Are we talking along the lines of Dead Hard?

    How would Light interact with Pharmacy?

I’ll nerf the ranges and flashes, although a Good killer knows to look away. Also flashlights work very quickly, so this is basically like a portal firecracker :-1: yeah needs To be nerfed.

DeadHard is good because you can get away from the killer without Lithe or sprint burst! If you could just get tokens and go forth, it would be very strong indeed. It would be maybe half/3 quarters speed of DeadHard. So not that strong.

    How would Light interact with Pharmacy? I had pharmacy in mind when I made this perk. Pharmacy and light would most likely be incompatible and choose one or the other, consuming both perks. But if it would work maybe have So 1 or the other will appear and will contain the other in the next box?

    This perk deck will make more Salty/Toxic Survivors and Even more Saltier Killers. A nice idea in general, but flashlights are pretty much Borderline Meta in this game. Prove me wrong if you want, either way, I don't think we need perks that focus mostly on Flashlights... Mostly.
