Diminishing Returns and Vault Speed

It used to be that bamboozle and the like would increase the vault speed of killers that vault, like Wesker and Legion. Years ago this was gotten rid of in order to free up design space for more vault speed perks.

Well, vault speed stacking is gone. Can I get fast vaults as legion back now?
