New licensed killer idea:The Homelander
His M1 will be his superhuman punches.
abilities:
1st ability:heat vision ,the first hit will cause deep wound + hemorrhage,the second hit will injure the survivor and the third will down them.He cant repeatedly damage the same survivor,he has to wait 2 seconds before the laser will do anything to the same survivor,the deep wound + hemorrhage if it takes more than 10 seconds for the survivor who was hit by the laser to get hit again then the deep wound and hemorrhage effect end,if he gets hit before 10 seconds pass then he gets injured and the effects still end.The laser beam lasts 4 seconds and has an 18 seconds cooldown and homelander is partially blind while this ability is active.
2nd ability:divine clap.He performs a precision clap,direct hit insta-downs a survivor,a not direct hit injures them.It has a small and narrow hitbox,requires good aim and has a wind up to warn survivors,the range of the claps explosion is 15 meters,survivors that are in a 10-15 meters range from homelander when the clap happens scream,in a range of 1-10 meters they get injured and they scream,and if they are diretly in front of him,in M1 range and he hits them then its an insta-down.30 seconds cooldown.
3rd and final ability:God Complex:It activates automatically when all gens are finished or if there is only one survivor left.Homelander levitates upward in his iconic pose for 5 seconds while survivors recieve a global warning.All survivors hear him say:" I am stronger…,I am smarter…,I am better …,I AM BETTER…"and when he reaches the maximum height by his levitating he says:"Dont pray to God…I am the only man in the sky".Then he floats back down and the effects begin,he flies at 9m/s he moves over small obstacles like dropped pallets or vaults or through windows ,his abilities dont have a cooldown,if he collides directly with a survivor he insta-downs them,he can go through many survivors at once ,he sees all survivors auras for 10 seconds when it activates but colliding with a solid wall or a big object stuns him for 2 seconds.
Perks:
1st perk:'I AM THE REAL HERO':1st tier:whenever he downs a survivor all survivors scream and reveal their aura for 4 seconds.
2nd tier:the same as 1st tier but for 5 seconds.
3rd tier:same as the last but for 6 seconds.
2nd perk:1st tier:whenever a generator is completed he gains undetectable for 5 seconds.
2nd tier:same as above but it lasts 8 seconds.
3rd tier:same as above but it lasts 10 seconds.
3rd perk:'SUPERIOR BEING':1st tier:after being stunned or blinded he gets 5% haste for 6 seconds and breaks pallets and he vaults 10% faster for 6 seconds.
2nd tier:same as above but the haste lasts 8 seconds and he breaks pallets and he vaults 15% faster for 8 seconds.
3rd tier:same as above but the haste lasts 10 seconds and he breaks pallets and he vaults 20% faster for 10 seconds.
add-ons: iridescent add-on: 'American flag'when god complex activats he no longer gets stunned by hitting walls and objects but this form now has a timer and ends after 20 seconds.
2nd iridescent add-on:'V1':his laser no longer applies the effects and has a cooldown before hitting the same survivor , it now is continuous damage,but it has a 40 seconds cooldown.
mori: standard mori:'Laser Justice':he grabs the survivor,flies them to space and then lasers through their body hitting a country,then he grabs them and starts falling while holding the survivor under him and lasering him,he crash lands on earth and the survivors body explodes into a million pieces.
special mori,if the survivor is anyone of the boys :homelander holds them on the air and says:'You really thought you could kill me?…You know,…I know we are not equals…but you were the only one that ever dared to challenge me,and a part of me will be sad to see you go… .'And then he lasers their head till it explodes and tosses the body away before grabbing a glass of milk and drinking it.

Honestly seems like a troll post, can't say it sounds good. Mechanics are out of whack, idk how he's supposed to inflict haemorrhage and deep wound before injuring the survivor.
And don't really feel that franchise is a great fit for dbd.
