Wide open get prioritize over dissolution

    Hey there! This was actually a bug on the PTB, if a Killer is using Dissolution and the Survivor with Wide Open Throttle vaults the pallet, the correct functionality is that they should gain Haste, but the pallet is destroyed before it can be reset. They still get the cooldown in this situation.
