Hook

Killers should only be able to hook survivors twice on the same hook. Hooks should have a limit on the number of survivors they can hook. Like when you used to hook, it would break. Why not now? Because there are too many hooks now, you can never free yourself. Furthermore, taking excellent tests while freeing yourself has no benefit.

    Imagine this you a killer:

Has a three gen in the corner of the map with two hooks in it

You hook the survivors in the corner of the map twice lose that hook permanently

Then you hook survivors on the hook closer towards the middle of the map then its gone permanently

And the survivors realize this and start comp cornering in order to get a free 4 minutes of being alive unable to be hooked by the killer making it impossible for the killer to win since they cannot hook anybody unless they go towards the middle of the map which nobody smart will do and hooking towards the middle lessens the pressure the killer has since its harder to prevent a hook save that is far away from your gens

Hook limits used to exist and they were removed for a reason. Killers already have to fight strong survivor tools; they don’t need their win condition randomly turned off mid‑game. If you make hooks break again or cap their uses, all you’re doing is encouraging even more camping/tunneling and making the game miserable for killers and solo queue survivors.

    Nobody benefits from this.
