Whispers needs some more buffs
People have mentioned it, but the haste, although nice, still isn't really useful. That, combined with the fact that this perk detects hooked survivors, just makes it a little annoying.
Please increase the haste to something around the 10 to 20 % range because it can't be used in a chase anyway.
And please make its so hooked survivors don't trigger this perk. That it, great changes, just need to go even farther with them

The haste isn't supposed to be the main buff to the perk, it's just a nice little bonus. The main and sizable buff was decreasing the range, therefore decreasing the area you need to look for a survivor with uncounterable info.
It probably would have been nice if it didn't detect hooked survivors, but if you specifically got the haste near hooked survivors, especially if it was buffed to a higher %, I can easily see that become an issue with proxy camping.

I personally think the haste is enough and I genuinely think it might be stronger than batteries included, making so it doesn't track a hooked survivor would be a good change honestly.

The perk must track hooked survivors. Removing that would mean no way to stealth for a hook rescue and incentivize staying near the hook. There is a reason BBQ gives aura only away from the hook. I do think the haste could be higher.

Every single time people bring batteries as an example not to buff this perk it reminds me just how badly batteries needs a buff. The issue would not be whispers at all in this comparison, batteries just doesnt pay the perk slot cost.
