Ghost Face essentially can't shoot haunts

Found out Ghostie literally cannot shoot haunts in Night Shroud. Which is crazy to me considering that besides stalking, Night Shroud is essentially just undetectable.
It's not like the haunts would one shot the survivors, he should be able to use the haunts but instead I have to manually swing to cancel my power if I want to interact with the event power. Ghost Face of all killers should not be nerfed for the event.

Dracula in Wolf form also has no access to the event abilities. Not sure if that was the case before though.

I hope they will make haunts a perk, it's so funny to use.
After each hook, press E to launch "projectile" that injures survivors. Please, make funny perk. :)
