When is the new report system coming?

Form racism to bodyblocking and lagswitching, I've seen it all in the past 48h. Still, the report form is gone and the in-game report system apparently does nothing, since there's no way to attach proof or any files whatsoever. My question is: when is the new report system going to be up?

    they got fed up with all the nonsense about bodyblocking and tunneling.  it went bye-bye forever.
