The Legion rework/buff ideas?

The Legion is a low tier killer to be clear, his mending status is not a worry at all, he is a worse mashup of a pot of killers, a bad mix, I love to play him but he needs a buff in my opinion, if you want to get bp for constant smacks, I'd recommend, otherwise, there are just better killers to play that are better all together.

    As another thread was mentioned, he should be considered a survivor with his mask off and his eyes are covered as they are in the trailer, he would have a 0 terror radius and be in 3rd person, like a regular survivor, but have a transition to Feral Frenzy by him sticking his mask on, making him a little more skilled, maybe make his Feral Frenzy duration slightly longer if so? If no survivor route, then the Feral Frenzy is okay, the mending process should take as long as it takes to heal with Self Care and to add to that, you should only be able to mend with self care on or another survivor helps you like it is for you to snap out of it for Freddy, to heal in general from the mend is to have another survivor heal you or Self care, which would add intensity to the mend, since no one cares about mending.

    His mending should not stop no matter what, even when healing, meaning you'd rush to hide and heal, so it would be more threatening, so much people wait to the last second to heal up, it should be considered a healing action as I stated so someone else would need to mend you and you could yourself only with Self Care, mend time is longer and with a skill check? His movement speed is okay as is. His stun is okay, I don't think Enduring should apply considering how hard he is to counter.

    I personally keep in the injured state against him and don't heal to full, so maybe no mither and dead hard would be a good use?
