Spies From the Shadows: OP on some maps; 0 procs on others.
So, this perk is probably ludicrously OP on maps like Lery's and Haddonfield, but it absolutely won't proc on some, like Rotten Fields.
Is it bugged, or is it just intended to be a wasted perk slot purely on RNG if you don't pick your own map?

Just like balanced landing unless you hop off a harvester! No it will be less effective on some maps than others cause of crow placement, but crows usually flock in areas where you need them most where there are more hiding spots for survivors or the edges of the map you maybe wouldn't check otherwise.

Absolutely nothing.

One of the Autohaven maps had no Crows, it's the one with the garage but not the gas station. I was waiting for it to proc all match and it never did I was very disappointed.
