The Mistress: Killer + Survivor
Mirror, Mirror
Chapter DLC
The Mistress
Aimi Takahashi
Aimi was an ordinary woman who was blessed with having a wealthy husband. Although her luxurious lifestyle drew jealousy, she was happy. This all changed when she met Yuuto Kobayashi, a handsome young man with a promising future. Aimi fell head over heels for the man, and her husband quickly took notice. He confronted her about her coming home late, and her spending so much time with Yuuto. She admitted to her secret affair with the man, which only made matters worse.
In a fit of rage, her husband tied her up and threw her in the basement. He tortured her for days, revealing a sick and twisted side to him that Aimi never saw before. He kidnapped Yuuto, and made Aimi watch as he beat and murdered him. When he was just about done with Aimi, he took a pair of scissors, and with one quick motion, sliced her mouth ear to ear, uttering the words:
“Who will think you’re pretty now?”
While he was distracted, she tripped him with her foot, revealing that she had been slowly working away at her bindings over the past days. She attacked him, viciously stabbing him with the same scissors he used to cut her mouth. When she gazed into the mirror, she screamed. Her beauty had been ruined. She was a monster. She shattered the mirror, something inside of her had snapped.
Sightings of a woman with a surgical mask covering a grotesque mouth cut into a grisly grin began to show up all over japan. They say she’d ask people in the street a question, and then attack them if they gave the wrong answer, carving that same horrible smile into them just as the one she was cursed with. One day, the sightings stopped. No one knew who she was, and her tales quickly fell into that of legend.
Now, she’s back, in unfamiliar territory, with one question at mind.
“Am I pretty?”

Essentially, this power would act as one big mind game. It is meant to instill paranoia and distrust of other survivors into the victims. Are they coming to heal me, or are they going to pass on the curse? Do I risk leaving the mirror alone and giving her a buff, or do I take it and become haunted?
MORI
The Mistress lets the survivor stand up, facing them head on. The survivor tries to back up, but she grabs their arm. She tilts her head a moment, before pulling her surgical mask off, revealing her ghastly slit mouth. While the survivor is in shock, she takes her blade and slices their mouth, blood spurting from the wounds. She then quickly pounces on the survivor, plunging her scissor blade deep into them over and over, until she stands back up as she puts her mask back on, the survivor now dead

Daisuke Hasegawa
The Wary Assistant
Daisuke was an average person in most respects. He worked a job as an assistant for the CEO of a small company, nothing too grand, but still well paying. He was always a bit on edge, jumping at the slightest noises, flinching if you entered without him noticing, things like that. Other than that, he was by all means perfectly normal.
But his ordinary life would soon be all but. He was asked by his boss to stay in a little late to file some important paperwork, and he begrudgingly agreed. He needed the extra money, but he hated staying at work late. Walking to his car at night made him anxious. He finished up his work and got his keys.
The only thing that police could find of Daisuke was his beat up car, door wide open. Scratches on the car indicated that he was trying to hold onto something. He was believed to be involved in a mugging gone wrong, but anyone who looked closer could tell something was off.
But now he has found himself in a new area, one that will push his skills to the very edge, and force him to make use of his wariness, if he wants to survive.
Goosebumps
Your natural skittishness makes you sensitive to the killer’s presence. You perceive the killer’s terror radius to be 3/5/7 meters larger, and can see the killers aura when they are within 3/5/7 meters of you. This perk icon will light up when you are within the extended terror radius range.
Killer perks based on terror radius do not carry over onto the extended terror radius range
How can I help?
Your natural tendency to assist others helps you get by in the long run. Skill check success zones are increased by 10/20/30% and great skill check success zones are increased by 5/10/15% for survivors within 8 meters of you.
“You just- No, you have to- No not like that- here, just let me show you.”
Flight not Fight
Your habit of fleeing from aggression grants you aid in desperate times. The length of the speed boost you receive from being hit by the killer is increased by 3 seconds. Being injured causes exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds. This perk cannot be used while exhausted.
“Yes sir. Right away sir. No need to get angry sir. I’m right on it sir.” - Daisuke Hasegawa
