Concerns about how new DS functions on skill grabs

So if I'm reading this right, when a survivor recently unhooked in the previous 60 seconds is "grabbed", they hit a skill check and stun.
How will this effect skill grabs such as vault/hatch/"during action" grabs? Does this only activate when being picked up from the ground, or do other grabs count as well?

I would read it so that other grabs count as well, for example the grab during the survivor's vault.
