Make Your Choice almost incentivizes tunneling 50% of the time

MYC is a great idea for a perk. Instadown the guy that unhooked instead of the guy that was unhooked
my issue I’d that when i go back it the hook looking for the exposed guy, I more often than not find the unhooked guy since it is easier to track them, and the guy that unhooked plays it stealthy

Whay is there was an aura reading that want along with the perk that showed you where they exposed survivor was going?
This can be easily faked by simply walking one way for the duration of the aura reveal, but it’s just a thought.

With or without the perk its 50-550.Not the rescuer's fault they out played the unhooked in the scenario. Tracking wouldn't be accepted anyway as some run off together and heal, unless Dev's want to ensure they stay injured longer.

I have the same issue with this perk, I always find the one that got saved and it's so annoying, I usually use MYC with basement builds to compensate.

With Make Your Choice, don't feel bad if you tunnel someone because it means they were left them to fend for themselves by the saver. They usually split up but sometimes the injured one follows the MYC guy to get healed. If the injured guy is running from you, they are alone. If they are running to something, they are with the MYC guy. Also you can tell who has MYC in a group by the first one to start running and they almost always drop pallets early.

It is hard to find the exposed survivor, that's why I only use this perk on Wraith.

They tend to stop running early against Wraith as they don't know when he's closing in. Plus its easy to find them hiding behind a rock or something. I get decent use out of it.

It does nothing to playing efficiently one way or another. Whenever you go back after an unhook and chase tracks, there's a 50% chance you're following the unhooked and not the unhooker, assuming they went their separate ways, because that's just how probability works.

I agree with the aura reading. That way, it would truly be up to the unhooker to make their choice.

If the saver gets the exposed affect from MYC it doesn't make sense for them to hang around the area, in case the killer goes straight to the unhook, to potentially get instant downed

They usually split up but sometimes the injured one follows the MYC guy to get healed.

    Obviously, that's a possibility

If the injured guy is running from you, they are alone.

The injured guy will always be running from you . .

If they are running to something, they are with the MYC guy.

If a survivor is running it will always appear (99% of the time) that they are running to something . .

Also you can tell who has MYC in a group by the first one to start running and they almost always drop pallets early.

Generally everyone runs at the same time. Someone tea bagging or in any way taunting you is obviously an attempted bait

    Let's Be Constructive . .

    • How was anything you said helpful?

I addressed every part of your comment, left nothing out.

It's interesting how much wisdom someone with 1,600+ game play hours has and 2,600+ posts sharing that wisdom only to read your comment and ask myself "Really . . Really . . ?"

This isn't a troll. If someone is happy to give their advice then they should be happy to answer questions to how their advice is applicable. I could be totally wrong, a new player could see your comment and now everything makes sense. However, us veteran players could do with a bit more explanation.

Please explain. Though silence does speak louder than words in this instance.
