phase walk without sound

I don't know why this happens to me, but every time I face the spirit I don't listen to it in its phase until I can hear its footsteps, so the killer can easily fool me.
This has happened to me many times, I think it has that accessory to eliminate noise, but at the end of the game I always see this.

Sometimes when I play with friends they tell me that if they listen but I do not. I also see how the other survivors stop repairing, I do not know what happens and out of nowhere the spirit comes out behind me (step a while ago)
I don't know what to do, I'm sick of this happening

    Her power description should state (it doesnt) that while you remain inside her husk's terror radius (yes, her TR remains where her husk is) you wont hear her phasing sound. What Prayer Beads does is remove the phasing sound OUTSIDE of her TR (the only time you are supposed to hear it). If you are not hearing the TR, then it might just be your headphones/speakers being too low (though the phasing sound is fairly noticeable) or she was close enough for her TR to be in range but rather faint.

    the problem is that I do not hear her in any of the cases being in pursuit, inside her radio of terror or outside her radio of terror
    and the volume is loud enough to listen to her footsteps

    You're probably right on the edge of her terror radius.

    I've been with this problem for more than a month (so there are many games against she), I think since the Legion update

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling your game since i've had that issue as well and that seemed to help some but it's also other killers besides here where it fades in and out. I keep forgetting to send in the videos to support where it clearly happens.
