Not Getting Matched With Anyone

Currently Rank 12 with Killer and not getting matched with anyone. Rank 19 Survivor and I'm similarly not getting into any games.

I know there were some technical issues earlier today, but this issue seems totally different. I'm seeing 25k people are playing the game but I'm not getting matched with anyone.
