Whispers and Shadowborn or Monitor and Abuse can help for perks.

In general, though, all comes down to map awareness. One general thing you can do to help in general is walking directly up to a window and examine corners for slopes. No windows have slopes by them so if you see one that's someone's arched back.

Also, regarding cornfields know that they usually are in rows/columns. Just line yourself up with the rows and walk sideways to help better spot hiding survivors. If you are chasing a survivor in a cornfield and lose them, as a last resort, freeze. Once you stop moving the only source of rustling will be the survivors.

There are more tips, but this is what's on my mind.

Sometimes I stalk them with Myers it's funny how they don't even realise it but yeah most of the time they are invisible depending on the map. I am thinking of messing with the settings on my tv.

literally yesterday I versed such a claudette with dark green cloths in the perfect environment. I was trying to mindgame at a pallet and swinged into nothing. Just that I hit her, I just didnt see her.....

I see a bunch of Claudettes in my lobby, I either break out an aura reader or a light colored map.

Is a scrunchy too much to ask for to counter this madness?

Try 4 p3 claudettes with maximum fog in coldwind farm for a fun game.

Freddy has a natural resistance to P3 Claudettes, the Dreamworld is pretty bright and his power can go through walls and corners etc.

When you hold the power button to catch a Survivor with it, it's supposed to have an autolock and catch someone through the wall. Like jungle gym walls

It has everything you need to know but after you read that here are some tips from my experience. Freddy is kind of a run-n-gun Killer, get as many people in the Dreamworld as you can and then select your target. This won't always be possible but it's the general way to go. Knowing where everyone is at all times is what makes him strong. When you put someone to sleep don't always chase them, they don't know where you are, you can use this to mind game them and slap them around a corner.

Best add-ons are Range add-ons, the claw add-ons for that speed during the transition, the Green dress(it's uncommon so it's yellow), Class Photo is probably his very best add-on. For perks his best are Surveillance, Discordance, Knockout(Freddy is the ultimate slugger), there's a lot of other perks but these are imo opinion his best.

My ultimate Build---Knockout, Sloppy Butcher, Thanatophobia, and Remember Me(in case you ######### up) Basically you slug the Obsession and move on to the next Survivor and hook them, rinse repeat and if you can't find the Obsession just slug the next Survivor and hook the one after them. They'll basically always be 3 Survivors and maybe 2 of them are looking for their buddy and 1 is on a Gen or being chased. If you switch Remember Me with Dying Light and use the Black Box add-on you could get your Dying Light on early with a Green Mori and if you get it early you won't need Knockout.

Bloodhound surprisingly can be good, you still have to get that one hit but a big glowing puddle under a dark silhouette is quite spotable.

  • Honestly stuff all the game settingchange BS. Just deal with it. If you hunt hard enough you learn all the strats and they help you get better.

Use spirit and then phase for 1 second. You will see textures go invisible and help you find the claudette. Freddy dream vision is also good at finding claudettes also.

    Yes, lobbydodging

In other words play like the poster here and lobby shop for easier matches so that that way you never learn and improve.

Doctor/Spirit/Freddy/Wraith are all good at nailing dark Claudette's and M&A, Whispers and Shadowborn are great as well.

Go Scratched Mirror Myers and pick Lery's and lol your way to a 4k.

The real secret is to just keep playing against them and learn their ways and actually play the character to see how they play. You'll learn all the usual spots to look and where the more obvious places to look are.

Play Freddy, keep her asleep. She can’t hide from you then. You’ll either see a red aura, or if within TR the blue aura is easy to spot. If you don’t even see that, you know she’s broken line of sight. Honestly even if Claudette’s think they can just run and squat in the cornfields, they’re easy to find as Freddy.

Yeah Freddy's a royal pain but I've run Pig and Trapper and chosen thickened mist for traps and put those in obvious hiding places with honing stone. Amanda with Rules Set #2 and Lery's is pure evil with thickest mist offering.

To try and easily spot Claudette when she’s hiding???

Yes Rules Set #2 is like Mirror Myers you see anyone not inside a locker and honing Stone if you've played Claudette that with increased escape time works wonders as Trapper.

Try playing a dark outfitted Claudette a bunch and you'll have no problems finding them most of the time afterwards.

It is either I have godly eyes and can find claudettes easily

    or

they are so hidden that 90% of the time I am missing them and think that the 10% is 100% lol

If a Claudette is just hiding and not actively doing gens, she isn't a threat to you so don't worry about those ones. Try to find them leaving a gen and if you don't see any way to find them in under 15 seconds, hit the gen and go check another gen then come back and see if you could see them running back to their hiding spot.

Its still noticable when a texture does the wraith ability. Console makes it really good but its easy to notice on pc when something dissapears in phasing. You don't even need to phase for full second to notice it.
