What has happened to matchmaking?

The majority of the time it is taking ages to find a lobby, then when it does its either someone with 500+ ms or the game freezing on the loading screen. I have checked and double checked my own internet connection speed and I can confirm that it has remained solid, so this issue doesn't seem to be on my end.

No idea. I can´t find a lobby right now but if i do, it´s 300+ ping...

Not just ping either, there's also this issue a person in a discord I'm in just posted a little bit ago.
They were the killer.
