Handicapping?

Is there any chance of getting a points based handicap system in place?  As an example, I was playing against people tiered as 2nd-5th rank, and they completely trounced me.  Getting a percentage of points based on a handicap for tier co.pensation would make it feel less, um, bad.  Yeah, bad us the word I'll go with.  It's just kind of discouraging, that's all.

    Matchmaking is completely messed up for some reason.

    From what I understand, matchmaking is undergoing a revision, but this is ridiculous.  I'm ranked as a 15th tier killer.
