Best way to fix salty rage

Build a drum set onto desk to beat with sticks as rage on. The only downfall is to nieghbours and roomates.

    Hang a punching bag beside you and leave a bat close to beat it with. The only downfall is losing grip of the bat and smashing your gaming system.
