  • Buff: Territorial Imperative now has an unlimited range.
  • Buff: Territorial Imperative removed the cool-down.

Similar changes to alert. I see no point of the cool-down and range for this ability.

    Different ranks need to do something, but I agree that at rank 3 it should be like you say. It would still be a pretty bad perk anyway.
