Are the should of binding and virgos shroud stackable?

Just curious because if they are they can be a very rare and usefull combo for teams

Yes, the shrouds are, in fact, stackable. It’s good to combine them and coordinate your team before a match into bringing them, as they can be handy when combined well. 😄
