The devs need to seriously start looking at ways to remedy the ridiculous perk grind. The bloodwebs are getting polluted with so many perks that not only does it make it difficult to get the perks you really want but it takes a ridiculous amount of bloodpoints to purchase even one perk. A level 50 bloodweb costs on average about 50k points to get through. Thats alot of points to only purchase one tier of one perk and this is only going to get worse. The image showing a roadmap for optimization listed all the way to chapter 14. That means that we have atleast 3 more killers and 3 more survivors coming not including the most recently teased chapter. Thats atleast 8 new characters and 24 new perks.

Somethings got to give. Either let us purchase multiple perks in one bloodweb or eliminate perk tiers altogether.

@not_Queen Could you possibly pass these concerns onto the folks responsible for game design. I know i am not the only one that shares these concerns.

If you take away the grind from the grind, well.... the competitiveness in DBD is not that.....ya know

I know when you first start the game you have limited perks and can unlock all of them for your first character easy. But once you start getting more and more characters to 40 it becomes incredibly harder and much longer to get perks for other characters because of the randomness and the sheer number of perks available. The grind can get annoying, My Nea is at 50 and has been at 50 for a while now and I still have Urban Evasion 1 but have tier 3 in almost a dozen other perks, except for her very own teachable perk because it never shows up. I can play as other Survivors but I feel like I'm wasting points trying to get perks for them when I can just focus on my one Survivor and getting all of them for that Survivor. For Killer it's different because they are perk/add-on dependant.

They should give BP and/or increase Iridescent shards for gaining Devotion Levels, like a big prize for gaining a Devotion Level.

And then, when the ranks reset every 13th, depending on the rank you have achieved, there should be a BP reward increasing in amount the higher your rank is.

Not only would this help with the grind, but it would also give incentive to survivors and killers to stick around in the higher ranks.

Could get shards through leveling up the account, and BP for rising in rank.

I know, this is not a new idea by an means, I have suggested this many a times, and hundreds of others have also suggested similar ideas. With the increasing number of perks, this would hopefully help with that a bit.
