Rework the "Daily Ritual" System
The "Daily Ritual" system we have in DbD isn't quite as you'd imagine a system of similar style to be in another game. I'd like to see it reworked to something akin to this;
- 3 new daily rituals every day, replacing the previous unfinished ones.
- Let us "reroll" one daily ritual per day (unchanged from how it is right now).
- Add a "Weekly Ritual" that's far more time consuming but has a far greater overall reward. The weekly should also be more streamlined (e.g. sacrifice x survivors with any killer, escape a trial x times with any survivor..) due to the increased time investment to complete it.
I am not fond of how you get a single daily ritual per day and how you can "save" the ones you like for a gloomy day. I think the whole system would improve significantly if there were three new daily rituals every new day because that'd make people wanna log into DbD and check today's daily rituals. It'd result in more active players playing the game.

Good idea except the replace daily part from me.

In many games you get one daily per day and can stack up to 3 of them.
I would like to see harder and more rewarding dailies and also even harder/lucrative weekly/monthly quests

I don't even do the rituals. I don't like being forced to play in a certain way.

Damn it Behavior. Stop making me play as Legion.
Also, stop making me play characters at high ranks when you know i don't have hardly any perks unlocked or i've just presto'd them and they don't even have offerings yet. If i was rank 20 that would be different but i'm rank 1-5 when getting these crummy rituals lol
In fact, take away character specific rituals. And let us choose which "Main" we are, so we can have rituals heavily slotted to our play style. I know you guys want people to play every aspect of the game but there is a difference between a challenge and a headache.
They should reward more and have more to do instead of making me play as Laurie and open a gate. I forget the Dev usually plays rank 20 killer haha

There are a bunch of survivor dailys that don't force you into a certain character in order to complete them. Harder for killers though.

It used to be really rewarding to do dailys before, if I recall it. Some of them gave 100k+ bloodpoints.

I'd like to see more bloodpoints for daily rituals. 25k/30k doesn't make me play a killer I wouldn't haved played anyway.

I mean I like being able to hold on to high point dailies especially if a new chapter is about to come out or if it's one that takes a while (the chase survivors with nurse or do coop actions for 180 sec on survivor). Resetting unfinished ones would be dumb, but having a weekly one with a larger goal and BP reward would be cool, however the weekly one I'd be 100% ok with it resetting to a new one if it was unfinished because of the larger completion time frame.

I like your idea. The dailies favour killers because no one plays killer nearly as much as survivor (maybe this is just OCE but idk). I wish I didn't keep getting 3 killer dailies that want me to mori people on killers I physically cant play and don't want to play because they suck/ i suck with them. I don't enjoy every killer enough to sink all the time into it.
I would love a more diverse system. Even if it was 2 killer dailies and 2 survivor dailies.

Or three of each? The world is your oyster with that sort of flexibility.

This, it'd be nice to have something both fun and challenging and not get the same dailkies you just tossed. I'm looking at you Sabo daily and Wraith daily.
Something for killers like get a hit on 4 different survivor in x trials as a weekly or even make it a hook based one.
For survivors do x SAFE hooks x times or in x amount of games.

There's so much potential for fun dailies and weeklies that could all be part of Dead by Daylight. It really just boils down to how willing the developers are to increase the fun in their game.
It'd be a huge milestone for the game if three random dailies a day (the suggestion I made in this thread) made players log into DbD daily and play 1-3 games. Right now, it's not uncommon to just login and check dailies and stack the ones you like for another day.

I honestly wouldn't play Warframe if they didn't have daily/weekly stuff now. Why should a free to play game have something a Paid game doesn't, while both have unlimited replay values? Genre means nothing in this case imo. It's about giving your players something to do. Games that lack "End Game"(and i don't mean the exit gates being ######### powered lol) need daily/weekly things to do.

@projecteulogy Heh, at least they've announced that they're finally doing something about the end-game.
