the Killers saw the real form of Entity when they have been choosen?

According to their backstories, none of them actually saw the Entity. They all just got captured/followed it and appeared at the campfire. The only one who saw a bit more was Kate, and yet she only witnessed the tendrils/spider legs.

Maybe the entity doesn't even have a "real form". But if she has, she's anything we see, so maybe we already see her real form, it can be anything: a gen, a hook, a crow or even a rock xD

I think that not only was Kate the only one able to see The Entitys somewhat physical form when she was abducted, i think The Plague was also able to catch a glimpse of the ancient deity, still thinking up how this could be possible.

Well it's in Kates backstory, she was taken literally by The Entity herself
As for The Plague, while it doesn't say if she saw anything in her Lore, i would imagine that as soon as she opened her eyes and finished praying, there, in front of her in a cloud of smoke and crackling fire. Was the Eldritch Abomination as she was about to give her another chance at life, but in return, she would be providing for it.
