About this new "fountains"
Devs said that you get healed if you use them, not only cure yourself, but in the livestream video you can see how a Dwight drinks from one of them and he just cures himself, he doesnt heal.
So you cant be sick to heal yourself by drinking from it? Is this a bug?
Edit:
This is what devs said (27:15-27:40 mins of livestream)
Survivors can use the fountians to "cure" themselves and also heal.
In that same portion of the video you see a Dwight who is sick+injured but he just cures himself

By 'heal', they could mean anything. Healing as in, just healing yourself from the cure, OR maybe healing yourself by a small portion in your recovery bar so that you may heal yourself up with Self Care, Medkit, or a fellow Teammate in order to not waste time if you get sick. Healing could also outright just fully heal you and they never implemented it into that build that they showed during the stream, but as of now, we're not certain until the PTB releases sometime this week to figure out all there is that needs to be discovered with this new chapter.

Let's just assume the stream video was an old build.
If you're infected 100%, it makes you broken, so you use then fountain and heal.
If you aren't infected, you can't use the fountain.

The fountains only clear you of the sickness I believe, when they said Heal I think they meant in terms of the plague.
Think of them like the Jigsaw Boxes, you can't interact with them unless you have a Trap, The fountains most likely work the same way as the jigsaw boxes in that they Get rid of the effect of the killers power. For Pig, they take off the Bear Trap and for Plague they cure you of the sickness.

Is it confirmed 100% that sickness gives you the broken status effect? All I heard in the Dev stream is that the sickness gets worse if you don't cure it and it affects actions and once you're 100% sick you're 'weakened'

For Pig, they take off the Bear Trap........
No, only the last box out of the 5 of them remove the Bear Trap.....every other box is just a time killer.......I swear every game.......

How you know it makes you broken? Did devs say that?

They confirmed it on Twitter. There's a comment with the link to it in my thread containing all the information gleamed from the stream.

My guess is that it is an either or situation. You can either use the fountain to cure your disease, or use it to heal your injured state. This would make it so that you can't be cured and healed from the same fountain. It would also allow you to f over your team mates by healing an injury in a fountain, and therefore prevent the survivors who really need it, the infected ones, from curing their diseased status.

I just re watched the stream and at a point it showed in the bottom a survivor who was a fourth of the way sick but got unsick and healed at the same time. I think this is to encourage survivors to use the fountain to give the plague her full power

I wonder if the fountains are cleansed of the corruption once the Plague uses a corrupted fountain to power herself up, or if they are no longer useable by the survivors for the rest of the game once they’re corrupted.

Dwight wasn’t injured. If you check the part where Jake is hit and he got TR transferred onto him, you will see that before The Plague hits him he was already having difficulty moving around from the disease.

Dwight wasn't injured, and being "healed" could be being "fixed" from the "broken" state.
My biggest concern is how often/ how many "vomit" can "The Plague" use? is it like the hag how it's 14 with a re-use (because you can infect pallets and stuff) or is like the pig/nurse, how you have a certain amount and can add more with add-ons?

He was injured.
Here we see him sick and drinking:
Here we see him after he is done drinking:
Therefore he was injured+sick

I think they are cleansed of corruption, yes.
