I mean even if it's not it goes on the ground too so corn will hide it and survivors will end up running trough it. :D

Just imagine though, the killer loses sight of a fleeing survivor so she just freaking spews chunks in a jet of vomit and pans across the cornfield.
It's both beautiful and disgusting at the same time.

No, and here's why. The corn itself can be moved by walking through it unlike Pallets, Generators, Walls, Windows, Etc.
If we take into account that the hatchets can go through them since they're also a Projectile like The Plagues Vomit then I don't see why the vomit wouldn't also go through the corn.
