Fan Chapter: Twisted Views (New Killer: The Painter)
Backstory:
Going to give the TLDR version of his backstory, because it is too late for me to write a full tearjerker.
Dude has synaesthesia, and wanted to be an artist. Was doing good as an artist. Jeff level good. We all love Jeff. Well, he develops a muscle dystrophy condition. When it starts, he becomes depressed and morose, and his art gets ######### up and dark, and eventually, it gets so bad he cannot work a paintbrush, and spends a lot of time staring at what was supposed to be his 'masterpiece' that 'came to him in a dream'. Despair gets worse, watches this unfinished work, and eventually going through life in a motorized wheelchair, tricks a nurse into grabbing his paintbrush under his bed, and runs her over, completing the painting with a good single splash of her blood as this 150lb+ motored wheelchair runs over her several times. This is shown in the trailer, panning around to reveal what is drawn has a lot of entity looking features, before stopping before it gets to the center. The blood sinks in, he watches with glee as the darkness of the fog spreads around him, then steps out of his wheelchair.

**Terror Radius:**
24M
**Speed: **
110%
**Attack:**
Victor attacks with his old walking cane.
**Mori:**
The picture turns into first person for killer and survivor. The world spins, ending with the survivor face up. A hand reaches down from the top, touching the survivor's eyes. Two hands come from the side, touching their ears. Another set of hands come from the sides of the bottom, grabbing the nose and tongue. There is a bright light, and the body spasms. Unlike most moris, where the corpse is just left there, Victor's mori leaves the survivor technically alive, trapped in a living hell of constantly changing stimuli, causing them to just spasm and cry. (See power for this importance) A reminder of the living hell of being trapped in a useless body.
**Power: Viktor's Vertigo**
Vertigo has four parts to it; three passives that combine to form a mind 'd'uck, and the lesser, but still useful active.
Jumbled Mind: The information on the lower left hand part of the screen will be incorrect for survivors, randomly changing, such as Obsession status switching and people showing as injured who are fine. The killer will see a correct version.
Mixed Signals: Aura effects for survivors can malfunction, showing incorrect targets, while failing to show the correct ones. I.E. Detective's Hunch could show generators needing to be done nearby, but when one arrives there, the generator it showed was complete. Same for totems, and survivors. In the case of survivor perks it will still show A survivor, just not necessarily the one who should have shown. I.E. Empathy triggers when someone is injured, but might show a random healthy survivor instead of the injured one. If you see a fully healthy survivor across the map with Bond, that means a survivor has stepped into your bond range, but was not picked.
Messed Up: Injured survivors occasionally receive audio muffling or visual blurring, while also causing the distorted audio queues to increase in relative volume. Moried survivors for Viktor function as a source of noise.
Vertigo (Active): Causes killer's and survivor's WASD to become rotated. Survivor's activation keys also change. Power bar, charges down while used. No charge time to use or release, long time to recharge. This only affects people within his terror radius.
**Perks**
Viktor's perks stick with his theme of manipulating and falsifying the senses, especially the sense of victory. (I have four ideas, pick your favorites)(Also offers an alternative to BBQ and Chili)
**Gotcha!**
2/3/4 Additional Exit Gates are added to the map. Attempting to lease a false exit gate causes a noise notification and permanently blocks that gate.
**Thrive Under Pressure**
If there are no dead survivors by the time two generators are left, this perk activates. Gain a token each time you hook a survivor, up to 3/4/5 tokens. Gain 3% movement speed and +25% post game bloodpoints per token.
**Get Well Soon**
Generators do not display sparks for survivors. 3/5/7 generators have a little 'something extra', exploding when they would appear to be completed, removing 10% of the progress. In order for this ability to activate, you must have kicked the gen at least once.
**Add Ons**
Basic Ones, at different ranks:
Dark Paints: Increases the frequency and intensity of Messed Up.
Earthen Paints: Increases the frequency of incorrect information from Mixed Signals and Jumbled Mind.
Paint Brushes: Increases the recharge time of Vertigo.
Rarer Ones: (His rarer add ons are massive power boosts under very specific circumstances)
The Final Drop (Iridescent): The blood of the tricked nurse, sealing the deal with the Entity. Viktor's controls are not switched while using Vertigo.
Bloody Wheel: A bloody wheel from a left behind wheelchair. Fills the user with fear for the Entity. Gain 5% movement speed while no one is on a hook or dying.
Unfinished Work: A painting long left unfinished. Causes the painter fear of failure. While no one is injured, successful attack cooldown is decreased by 40%.
Morose Work: A once happy painting, redrawn to be dark and decrepit. Fills the painter with hatred for himself, and a desire to see others suffer. While Viktor is not in a chase, healing speed is reduced by half.

The survivor is basically the deceased nurse from Viktor's story, the basic idea being that she herself suffers from despair, trying so hard to help people for so long, but since the people she helps cannot get better, her own care diminishes. Her basic idea is a survivor that is the opposite of Viktor's perks; she starts strong, but diminishes as things go on. Like Kate, meant to be a survivor who helps newer players.
**Perks*
**Organized**
She is aware if there is a pallet within 15/25/35 meters, and can see the aura of the one closest within that range. This perk keeps a tally of the total number of pallets.
**Make It Through The Day**
Injured Healing Bar is treated as the Dying Healing Bar, in terms of being able to recharge it. Synergizes with Unbreakable.
**Just Five More Times**
Gain a 50/75/100% speed boost to all actions that have not been performed yet, excluding repairing, which is a 5/8/10% boost. (This perk would activate when you started trying. Note, starting and failing counts, and removes your and others bonuses, even if they are in progress.)

The Killer would be so confusing and I love it 😂
About the survivor: Organized is pretty much already in the game, it is Windows of Opportunity, Kate's teachable perk
